Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Quant Blueprint (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you use quantblueprint.com, why we collect it, and who it is and is not shared with. It applies to the website, our booking pages, and the emails and text messages we send you.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — your phone number, along with the answers you enter on our booking and enquiry forms (for example your academic or professional background). If you send us a rĂ©sumĂ©, we collect that document and its contents.
  • Information collected automatically.Standard web and analytics data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the referring page. Where you arrive from an advertisement we also record the associated click identifiers (for example Google's gclid) and campaign parameters, so we can tell which campaigns are working.
  • Information about your sessions with us. If you attend an online information session, the platform records attendance and any questions you submit.

How we use it

  • To schedule, confirm, remind you about and reschedule your calls.
  • To review your rĂ©sumĂ© and prepare the guidance we give you.
  • To send you educational and promotional email you have asked to receive, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To provide the programme if you enrol, and to support you through it.
  • To measure our advertising, so we can see which campaigns produce enquiries and enrolments.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Mobile and SMS information

If you give us your mobile number and tick the optional consent box on our booking form, we use it to send you text messages about your consultation — confirmations, reminders, help rescheduling if you cannot make it, and follow-up about your consultation and application if we do not manage to speak. Providing a mobile number is optional and is never a condition of booking a call or of purchasing anything from us.

No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent will be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties who receive your mobile number are the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and they may use it solely for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. You can also email team@quantblueprint.com at any time to have your number removed. Full programme details are in our SMS Terms.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of our operation, and only so they can perform that work for us:

  • Scheduling, video and calendar providers, to run the calls.
  • Email and CRM providers, to send our messages and keep our records.
  • A messaging provider, to deliver text messages.
  • A payment and course platform, if you enrol.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms, to measure the performance of our campaigns. Where we report a conversion back to an advertising platform we do so using a click identifier or a one-way hash of your email address, never your phone number.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel. You can block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then not work as intended.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and student records for as long as we have a relationship with you and thereafter for as long as we need them for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

  • Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any message, or email us.
  • Access and deletion. Email team@quantblueprint.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and will delete it if we learn we have.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
